Oilers Game Day - Avalanche

Season Record: 35-24-12 Season Record: 39-25-7

Well, the Canucks back to back to back solved nothing.

A few quick thoughts on last night's game:
On to tonight's game:
Scoreboard Watching:

Um. What ever happened to Markkanen?

Killed in a freak gardening accident. Best not to get into it.

I believe that Morrison fellow was the one who spontanously combusted, no?

Well, I meant as in "why don't we play Markkanen before we play Conklin" but this matters not: Roloson will have to play until he dies.

[puckhat spinning on his head]

Roloson has only played 34 games so far this year. The light workload he had in Minnesota turns out to be one of the hidden bonuses of the trade...

Is it just me, or did he finally look comfortable tonight? Maybe it was the new mask, but he didn't look as nervous out there as he has recently.

One good thing about the Vancouver series, it seems to have woken the team up. They're playing a hell of a lot better.
