Can't win for losing
Man, even when they get a point on the road in the east, the Oilers lose ground.
After the SO loss tonight, the Oil drop to 8th.
Also, it is absolutely absurd that Edmonton has played 18 games on the road, while Philadelphia has only played 10 road games. I'm not saying it is unfair, just absurd.

Markannen = OT or shootout loss. Morrisson = win. Bring back Morrisson! Scientifically proven to win games! Also, bring back first line scoring, wherever that went.
The loss isn't a horrible result, given that we were a minute away from no points at all, but it's a little depressing to see Anaheim AND Calgary AND San Jose win. At least the Wild and Avalance had the grace to lose.
